Matthew Dakers, Brand Ambassador of French cult liqueur Chartreuse, is hosting a five course fine-dining experience at The Courtyard Restaurant. This age-old herbal elixir was first produced back in the 1700’s, and has inspired executive chef Chris Tonner of Beetroot Restaurants to co-curate this evening, alongside 10 Dollar Shake’s Adrian Gomes.
